ISTEE Mid-Term Elections opening soon
The special mid-term election for the positions of Vice-President and members of the Auditing Committee will launch on June 1! Voting will remain open until July 31.
This election aims to fill vacancies for the second year of the current biennial term of our newly established society. The ISTEE Secretary has already informed members about the candidates and the practical procedures. Please refer to the official call for full details.
Why a Mid-Term Election?
As a newly founded society, some key roles are not yet fully staffed. This exceptional mid-term election will ensure that all essential functions are filled and fully operational for the remainder of the current term (September 2025 – June 2027).
Looking Ahead
In addition, preparations are already underway for the regular biennal elections. A call for candidates for the upcoming term (after the forthcoming ISTEE Conference) will be launched around mid June.
We strongly encourage all members to actively engage in the election process, both as voters and as candidates, and to contribute to shaping the future governance of ISTEE.
